Mr. Press’s career spans more than three decades in finance. He began his career in the Capital Markets Group of Chemical Bank and rose to become one of the heads of global derivative products trading. Bob has been a principal in asset management, brokerage and investment banking companies and has served on industry panels and as an officer and director of public and private companies. His diverse background includes years of experience in structured finance, asset backed lending, securitizations, and mergers and acquisitions, both within the U.S. and Europe.
Prior to the formation of TCA Fund Management Group, Bob was co-founder and portfolio manager of Montgomery Equity Partners L.P., a sponsored fund, and also an independent fund. He has a B.A. in Economics with extensive coursework in computer science from Brandeis University in Massachusetts.
David Andrew Fisher has over 30 years of experience in business, finance and law. He is currently (a) Board Member at Innova Capital, a PE firm in Central Europe, (b) Chairman of the Board of Da Vinci PE Fund 1 and Chairman of the Investment Committee of Da Vinci PE Fund 2, both CIS PE funds, (c) Non-executive Director of Argo Group Ltd, a listed UK hedge fund manager, (d) Investment Committee Member at Taxim Capital, a Turkish mid-cap PE fund, and (e) Advisory Board member of TCA Fund Management Group, a global SME credit fund manager. He has also taken on several projects on behalf of major shareholders to fix funds and companies going through difficult periods.
As a partner at Innova Capital, he chaired their Investment Committee for many years and led many of Innova’s successful investments. He also served on the Boards of the Harvard Club of Poland, Polish Private Equity Association and Polish National Investment Fund II (by appointment of the Prime Minister). He is a Chartered Director with the Institute of Directors (UK), was a member of National Assn. of Corporate Directors (US), and has a diploma in International Commercial Arbitration from the UK Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Through his own Family Office, Bentley Capital Ltd, he also invests in sustainable timberland and farmland in North America and in other asset classes worldwide.
Mr. Fisher served as a Captain in the US Army, is a member of MENSA, and holds degrees from Davidson College (BA), Vanderbilt Law School (JD), and Harvard Business School (MBA). He is an American citizen who resided in Europe for more than 15 years and worked in many emerging markets. Currently, he spends about a third his time on charitable activities and speaks at numerous investing conferences. He strongly supports sustainable and inclusive international economic development as a way to create a fair, prosperous and peaceful planet.
Marcia Allen is the CEO and founder of Allen & Associates, an internationally focused Advisory and Investment firm. In 2012, she also founded, along with institutional partners, Trust Capital Holdings, a Luxembourg securitization entity that issues capital guaranteed cash management debentures along with other non-guaranteed long term debt instruments.
Marcia has an extensive financial background, with both corporate and institutional experience. For more than two decades she has been devoted to corporate finance, focusing on wealth management, private equity, venture capital, and acquisitions. Marcia has represented all levels of passive investors and operational corporations for both acquisitions and divestitures. Her primary focus is on building asset value through balanced structure of acquisitions and proper timing of divestiture. In this capacity, Ms. Allen has structured and successfully completed many financial transactions, through Allen & Associates and as a Managing Director of Elite Capital, a California based Venture Capital Firm. She was also a principal in Allen/Brenner, Inc., a wealth and cash management firm.
Marcia began her career in the corporate sector in roles that included Founder, CFO and CEO. While with W.R. Grace & Co. (NYSE listed), she was a part of the founding group of Ruby Tuesday, Inc. (NYSE listed). Upon her departure, she joined Taco Bell, Inc. (NASDAQ listed) as the Chief Financial Officer, during which time she structured and facilitated the acquisition of Taco Bell by PepsiCo, Inc.
Marcia was educated at the University of Tennessee, where she focused on finance and accounting.
